Aloha, I'm here to help you navigate throughout your entire real estate buying and selling process. There is much to do and it can be an overwhelming experience.

For Buyers I will find properties that meet your criteria, within your price range and location.

For Sellers I will help you prepare the property, professional photography and conduct Open House/showings.

About me... a "Retired" Navy LCDR stationed throughout the world/pacific my wife (Ivy) and I have purchased properties in Florida, Guam, California and of course Hawaii (5). We've utilized VA financing, conventional and unique refinancing. We have Leasehold, single-family, condominium and vacation rental properties.
